Our Production
Glenmar Shellfish is a leading producer, marketer and exporter of live, fresh, frozen and cooked seafood products from Ireland. For over 35 years, we have been working with 150+ Irish fishing vessels and delivering our products to various international markets.
Ireland Production
We have an export factory in Dublin, where we ship live shellfish and premium seafood by airfreight, ensuring freshness and quality. Our live products include razor clam, blue lobster, brown crab, scallops, oysters and prawns. We also have a fresh fish factory in Union Hall, Co Cork, where we handle a high turnover of native Irish fish, such as monkfish, megrim, witches, turbot, soles, haddock, cod and hake.
We offer frozen at sea and land frozen products, using advanced technology and quality assurance systems. We have 13 vessels landing premium frozen at sea product and a factory in Kilmore Quay for land frozen products.
Our frozen products include prawns, brown crab, scallop, razor clams, lobster, squid, white fish and more. In addition, we specialize in cooked shellfish products, such as BRC dry and glazed hand peeled scampi meat, which are renowned throughout mainland Europe and Scandinavia.
International production
We are proud to offer you a wide range of seafood products from different regions of the world. We have been in the seafood business for over 35+ years, and we have established long-term contracts and partnerships with international producers and communities. We are committed to providing you with the best quality and freshness of our products, as well as supporting the sustainability and livelihoods of the fisheries we source from.
